My approach

Brand creation and supervision requires attracting different competences, those cannot be equally developed within one firm. Our approach is based on forming a resources pool of specialists of various profiles to be administrated and controlled through a unified strategic centre. The unified strategic centre helps clients to create strategic tools for brand management: Platform and Strategy. Further on, these tools are used to find and brief all other participants of the process implementation – designers, copywriters, public relations consultants, researchers, media specialists, assessors.

Matrix approach provides creative synergy that highly increases the quality with no significant costs for introduction of new project teams. RZD rebranding in 2010 is the first successful example of such approach. The project realization involved five companies from four countries – Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
